Still not a whole lot going on with us right now. Today it was about 50 degrees, so that makes me pretty happy.
Work is busy for Ben right now, and a bit slow for me. Farm tax returns were due by today, so we were pretty busy up through last Saturday. But now the next big deadline is business returns (due the 15th, I believe). Because I don't work on business returns it's going to be pretty quiet for me until then. Once that deadline has passed we are on to personal returns (due April 17th), which means I will be super busy. I would much rather be busy than not. It's so boring when we are low on work, I end up having to do filing (ugh).
Ben is still working on that "extra project' for work, so he is spending a lot of his evening and weekend hours slaving away at his laptop (as he is this very minute).
We subscribed to Netflix. We are enjoying it so far. It's especially nice for Ben to have a fun movie to watch before he goes to bed, after working for so many hours. We have already decided we are glad we started renting through them.
To give you an idea of how dull our lives are right now I will admit to you that we get excited when we get a new Netflix movie in the mail. Yes, it is a bit sad. But things are better dull than tragic. We are fortunate to have our health, our home, our jobs, our loved ones, and each other.
One of the first DVDs we got was "The Office". It's a British comedy about a bunch of people who...yeah...work in an office. It's actually funnier than it sounds.
I would like to wish my little brother, John, a happy birthday! He will be, I believe, 28 years old tomorrow.
That's pretty much all I have to say at this time. I had better get ready to go, it's yoga night.
Take care everyone! Wish real hard for spring to hurry up and get here!
